Product Development - Scope

What product should be developed? To answer that, we analyze the current process offerings of the BPO provider and map the output to a process-product matrix to identify competent products and process clusters that the BPO is strong in.

Process Product Matrix

We then study the sales pipeline of the service provider to identify processes and products that are in demand with clients. This output is mapped on an opportunity-capability matrix to determine the service provider's capability and market readiness for each of the competent products and process clusters. Competent product and process clusters are then prioritized based on their level of demand and market readiness. Products and process clusters that rank high on competency and market readiness are selected for productization.
