• Irrespective of whether the ideal solution for the clients is a captive center or a third party provider, the fact that we have no vested interest in any one mode of delivery ensures that our advise is independent and free from bias towards any one provider or delivery mode.

• We work with our partners on a need basis. This means lower fixed costs for us and lower total cost for clients.

• Our clients get the agility of a small firm without sacrificing the scale and resources of a large firm. Through our partner network, our clients have access to a wide pool of expertise not limited by the capabilities on any one solution provider.

• Single window support. Our partners are individuals and organizations with whom we have worked closely in the past and with whom we share strong relationships. We commit to working with them and our clients throughout the outsourcing engagement to ensure smooth implementation, governance, and support.

Who are our partners?

• Individuals.  Our partners include experts with typically 15 plus years of industry experience in banking and capital markets, transition execution, consulting, delivery, and technology. We've worked with these experts in origination and delivery of consulting assignments, transition, product development, and training. All our experts are imbued with and believe in the Artha Shastra framework to provide a consistency in approach and intellectual property for the different assignments.

• Third Party Service Providers.  We work with a number of third party service providers. Many of them have worked with us through our consulting and product development engagements to build their own capability and offerings. This comprehensive knowledge of their strengths helps us provide clients with the right service providers. Our third party providers can efficiently deliver parts or all of the requirements depending on the cost-control requirements, and can leverage our framework to ensure that adjacent processes and process clusters are transitioned and delivered with the right pricing, governance and operating models in place.

• Captive service providers.  We work with service providers to set up captive centers when the solution calls for shared service solution. These partnerships are particularly useful in situations where the industry segment is mature and competitive advantage comes from product creation rather than processing. Some geographies and certain operations in capital markets, trade finance, commercial and syndicated lending, retail lending and financial planning, for instance, are particularly amenable to this.
