Naresh D'Mello

Naresh has over 18 years of experience spanning BPO, consulting and technology. His last assignment was with Infosys BPO as Vice President and head of the capital markets and benefits administration business units. Over the 5 years of his association with Infosys BPO he built the business unit by working with marquee clients, including Fidelity, Mellon, UBS, Northern Trust and others, in the areas of securities processing and benefits administration. He was instrumental in building an organization of over 2500 outsourcing professionals that accounted for a fourth of the company's revenues. Additionally, he developed key tools and solutions that facilitated the implementation of these business functions and built the service delivery capabilities through the development of a Capital Markets Center of Excellence. The latter enabled the organization to offer value added services like Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting. As a member of the management council Naresh was also responsible for organization planning, a key function that helped sustain 60% + yoy growth. 

Prior to that, Naresh worked with Infosys Technologies in varying capacities ranging from that of a program manager to that of an Engagement Manager supporting the relationships for a host of wall street banks.

Previously, Naresh has worked as a management consulting with PwC and Arc Partners's New York financial services practice. He has consulted with C level professionals on NASD's T+1 and CSFB's ecommerce strategy initiatives, amongst others, setting firms up for the paradigm shift of the internet era.  

Naresh is an alumnus of the Regional Institute of Technology (REC), Jamshedpur where he got his BSc.(Engg.) and The Stern School of Business, New York University, New York
